Kitchen Tools: Kitchen Scale

I went for quite a long time without a kitchen scale. I just didn’t know which to buy, but knew the scale couldn’t be too big because I was trying to conserve space in my kitchen.

Eventually, we found this Polder Stainless Steal Kitchen Scale. It’s slim, low, reliable and easily tucked away when you want an empty counter. AND super affordable.  I use it often, both for other’s recipes as well as when I’m writing my own.

It’s a must have.
