I’ve said it a few times before here at Food Practice, and I’ll write it here again; restricting my recipes to exact measurements is not my nature. Most of what I cook or create is by eye and taste. I encourage all of you to try to learn to cook this way as it really enhances our intuition around food and creating heart connected meals.
For the sake of recipe development and communication, however, I provide you with measurements. Although sometimes, I won’t. I like to keep you on your toes!
Where possible, I use organic ingredients, most of the recipes are vegetarian, some vegan, and all of them are gluten free. If you make anything here, please be sure to come back and leave a comment. I would love to hear your thoughts.
