Food Practice is what happens when our sense of self worth is both elevated and amplified to affect the way we engage the food we eat. This includes the way we choose to nourish ourselves with food. It is both an internal and external dialogue that becomes a living pulse within us.
I write about this extensively here on this site, but I want to hang out with you all and share this information with you live so as to actually have conversations with you about it. To that end, I’ve created a private discussion group over on Facebook called Food Practice Gathering Circle.
Every Sunday, mid morning my time, I’ll be hosting a live broadcast on Facebook on the group page. The group is private, so you’ll need to click the request to join button.
Come join me! I’d love to hang out and chat with you. Bring a cup of coffee or tea to savor!
NOTE: As a digital nomad, I tend to straddle quite a few time zones in any given year. After trying to find ways and a time that would work with everyone in a consistent manner, I realized that the only consistency I could really commit to was my own. This means that I will broadcast this scope mid Sunday mornings MY time, no matter where I am in the world. Sometimes this will work for you and sometimes it won’t. That’s ok! You can always come to this page or the Facebook group page to catch any broadcasts you have missed. If you have questions or comments about any particular topic we cover in discussion while the live broadcast took place, leave them in the comments section of the group and I’ll respond to you there. Thank you!
