Scenes From A Sunday Brunch

We prepared and opened the space for those invited.

As food began to be placed on the counter, MANY pictures were taken.

The Menu:

  • Orange Mint Water
  • Coffee
  • Prosecco with Raspberries
  • Squash, Shallots, Garlic and Parsely Fritatta
  • Broccoli, Carrot, Green Bean and Cheese Frittata
  • Condiments:  Sour cream and chives
  • Butter Leaf Lettuce salad with grated red carrots, avocados and a Balsamic Fig dressing
  • Red Pepper strips with Goat Cheese
  • Strawberries and Blueberries served with Vanilla Yogurt

They gathered, ate, talked, laughed and filled the home with Aloha.

It was a perfect Sunday.
