We prepared and opened the space for those invited.
As food began to be placed on the counter, MANY pictures were taken.
The Menu:
- Orange Mint Water
- Coffee
- Prosecco with Raspberries
- Squash, Shallots, Garlic and Parsely Fritatta
- Broccoli, Carrot, Green Bean and Cheese Frittata
- Condiments: Sour cream and chives
- Butter Leaf Lettuce salad with grated red carrots, avocados and a Balsamic Fig dressing
- Red Pepper strips with Goat Cheese
- Strawberries and Blueberries served with Vanilla Yogurt
They gathered, ate, talked, laughed and filled the home with Aloha.
It was a perfect Sunday.
