We’re in Spain currently, though in a couple of days we’re off to Sofia, Bulgaria. As usual, much is going on, and because we have only been here a handful of days, I’m still settling back into the rhythm of living nomadically. It should take me a couple more weeks to catch my groove.
In the meantime however, I discovered this in Barcelona and seriously… THIS is the next evolution of the food truck craze taking over the United States. Not only is this rental business a fantastic idea, but it elevates the cache of food trucks to a level that begs for nightly street food fairs.
I took a bunch of pictures on my phone at night. As such, the images aren’t very good at all, but they are enough for you to see how great these vintage food trucks are and how creative these chefs have gotten with them. One had a stone pizza oven in the back of a vintage Vanagon!

Tree, Right?! I fell in love with the look and feel of each truck. All of it, from the truck to the food was art.
