This week was madness. Once the party last week was over, I went into high gear with packing, cleaning and sorting the house. I was also on a deadline for a report I needed to write and my time was pretty tight. Jon left the island mid week to head back to California for WordCamp San Diego, which allowed me to go a bit lighter on dinners after he left. I’m also having a renewed love affair with sandwiches now that I’ve found a fabulous gluten free bread at Costco of all places. It’s the only loaf of gluten free bread that’s actually a decent sized piece of bread. Why are gluten free loaves of bread so tiny?! Udi, you must fix this because I also love your bread, but the size makes for a sad little sandwich.
