Last night, the few food bloggers that got into town early for The 2nd Annual Foodbuzz Bloggers Festival met at The Millenium Restaurant for an amazing dinner. Not only did the Millenium set us up with a fabulous private room, but in honor of the group gathering there, they created a special keepsake menu and then proceeded to regale us with some delectable appetizers on the house. I have to tell you, the food, service and atmosphere here are outstanding to say the least.
Here is their mission statement:
At Millennium we create a gourmet dining experience out of vegetarian, healthy, and environmentally friendly foods. We strive to make vegetarian dining fun and exciting. Millennium is nestled in the heart of a food lover’s city, and we are committed to keeping that tradition alive. Our cuisine is influenced by the flavors and styles of many cultures and all of our dishes are completely animal-free.
This is my first time attending Foodbuzz and it was so much fun getting a chance to chat it up with fellow foodies on the ins and outs of food blogging. But really? Is that what you want to hear about, or do you just want to look at the food? Mmhmmm. Thought so. Drool on my pretties.

Definitely looks amazing. I have never been to a vegetarian restaurant. Not by choice though. So jealous of all the FBZ attendees.
