It is a pathway back to a calibrated and healthy relationship with food that also reflects your healthy relationship with life.
Food Practice Through The Seasons has been broken down into 4 downloadable eBooks. It was created as a specific pathway that walks you through each season of the year.
Taking into account the spiritual metaphor each season has to teach you, each week of each season comes with a meditation or practice (or both) that will help you deepen and heal your relationship with food as well as align you with the natural cycles of both your body and the natural world around you.
Each practice is simple, contemplative and designed to help you create a more conscious presence with your eating habits.
Go through each book with it’s corresponding season, knowing that later, the practices you learned in each book will become incorporated into your mindful Food Practice.
